Duties:

Duties:
Investigate, validate, correct, and provide employee support with overpayments/underpayments when identified/required.
Respond to complex employees/manager inquires through the Case Management system; handles escalated situations.
Adhere to policies, procedures, and standards across assigned markets and within the local regulatory context.
Execute complex activities associated with the input and payroll, such as data analytics, reporting requests, audits and the processing of expat payroll data

Duties:
SAP Business Process Expert for S/4HANA global solution spanning multiple countries over North America, Europe, LATAM, and Asia-Pacific for Treasury and Hedging.
Exhibits good command over more than one of the following areas in SAP Treasury: Cash Management, In-house Cash, Payments, Multi-Bank Connectivity, Trading Platform Integration, Short and long-term investments and Debt instruments, Credit Risk and Market data management, and Loans management (FS-CML).
Understands business processes related to Financial Instruments hedging, such as intercompany loans and derivatives e.g. FX options and FX forwards, or Commodities hedging.
Should translate and map the business processes to enable design in SAP-TR, Hedging and surrounding applications. Help cull out end-to-end functional and non-functional system requirements, including integration with other non-SAP tools and systems surrounding the S/4 platform.
Qualifications:

Farm Manager and Lead Agronomist – USA (On-site)
Duties:
Lead and manage all agronomic operations for the research farm, ensuring best practices across field preparation, planting, irrigation, pruning, pest management, and harvest.
Provide direct leadership to the local agronomy team, contract labor, and interns, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to research standards.
Partner with scientists and other stakeholders to plan and execute agronomic activities, serving as both a technical consultant and operational leader.
Conduct regular crop scouting and monitor plant health, pests, weeds, and irrigation needs; communicate findings and recommendations to scientific staff.

Duties:
- To support logistics, import and export operations by assisting with documentation, shipment follow-up, reporting, and coordination activities while gaining hands-on experience in foreign trade processes.

Duties:
This position retains a deep understanding regarding agricultural techniques, products, and technological advancements that improve fruits and vegetables productivity, methods of creating efficiency and economic benefit for growers and channel partners, all of which are centered on Corteva integrated strategies.
Responsible for conducting agronomic research, for driving leverages programs trials, for generating and developing market information and for supporting the Market Developer and Category Leader on value proposition.
