You’ll also sell additional products that enhance their experience and provide support when they need help with their devices or apps.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in a call centre or customer service environment, preferably with some sales or telesales experience. You should be comfortable talking to customers, solving their problems, and helping them find what they need.
You should have strong communication skills and be naturally good at building trust with customers.

Design and interpret experiments and causal analyses to test credit strategies and optimise portfolio performance
Partner with Product, Data Science, Finance, and Operations to embed analytics into credit decisioning and accelerate launches

6+ years in digital consumer credit or asset-backed fintech lending (PAYGo, BNPL, mobile lending), with direct ownership of portfolio analytics, credit performance monitoring, and risk strategy in fast-scaling environments.

Senior People Partner – Nairobi
Duties:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to members of Kenya’s leadership team, aligning people strategies with business priorities and market growth objectives.
- Partner with leadership to tackle organisational challenges and deliver innovative people solutions that drive business performance.
- Use people analytics to track key metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making
Experience:
8-10 years of progressive HR experience with 3-4 years partnering with senior executives in fast-growth, complex organisations.
Proven track record designing and implementing people strategies that drive measurable business results across local and global contexts.
Strategic and operational range – equally comfortable with long-term planning and hands-on execution, with strong business acumen to translate people priorities into business outcomes.
Expert coaching and advisory skills for leaders at all levels, with strong change management capabilities and the ability to influence without authority.

Deep understanding of Kenyan labour practices and regulatory environments, with experience navigating complex employee relations
Finance Business Partnering Manager – South Africa
Duties:
You’ll run planning and budgeting cycles with your team, ensuring submissions across all cost centres are commercially grounded and defensible under scrutiny. You’ll develop performance frameworks — dashboards, KPIs, and variance analysis — that drive genuine accountability rather than retrospective comfort. You’ll build business cases for strategic investments, new market initiatives, and product launches across M-KOPA’s footprint. And you’ll translate all of it into compelling narratives for non-finance audiences, because insight that can’t be communicated doesn’t drive decisions.
Experience:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a strong post-qualification track record in Business Partnering, FP&A, or Commercial Finance — and demonstrable experience leading and developing finance teams.
Proven ability to partner with senior business stakeholders, translating financial complexity into clear strategic recommendations that influence decisions at the highest levels.
Extensive experience across budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial modelling in complex, multi-entity environments — with the commercial acumen to connect financial data to business performance drivers.

Anaplan Technical Lead — M-KOPA (Remote role)
Duties:
You’ll serve as the Solution Architect and Technical Lead for M-KOPA’s enterprise-wide Anaplan environment — designing scalable, future-ready model architecture across Data Hub and spoke models, driving ALM practices, and leading end-to-end implementations from requirements through UAT to deployment. You’ll own model optimisation: reducing sparsity, improving performance, and building the kind of standardised design practices that make the next model easier to build than the last.
On the data side, you’ll partner with Finance and business leaders to sharpen the quality of budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
Experience:
- Proven track record as an Anaplan architect or technical lead, with demonstrable experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade connected planning solutions — ideally holding Level 2 or Level 3 Model Builder certification, with Solution Architect certification a strong advantage
- Extensive experience integrating Anaplan within complex data ecosystems — CloudWorks, APIs, ETL pipelines — alongside hands-on capability with scripting (Python, BAT) to automate workflows and reduce manual dependencies
Business Intelligence Manager – Kenya
Duties:
Serving as the strategic early-warning system for Kenya Operations, proactively identifying emerging threats and opportunities before they impact the business
Developing unsolicited strategic recommendations based on patterns you observe in performance data, market dynamics, or competitive moves
Anticipating leadership’s strategic questions and arriving at meetings with analysis and recommendations already prepared
Building advanced forecasting models that identify inflection points, risks, and opportunities requiring strategic response
Designing sophisticated scenario planning frameworks that pressure-test strategies against multiple future states (regulatory changes, competitive disruption, macroeconomic shifts)
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related quantitative field
6-8 years combining strategic analysis, business intelligence, and hands-on business management with demonstrated ownership of strategic initiatives end-to-end
Proven track record of proactively identifying business opportunities or risks that resulted in strategic action and measurable impact
Experience in high-growth fintech, financial services, telecoms, or technology sectors balancing rapid execution with analytical rigor
Background in East African markets with understanding of Kenya’s commercial, regulatory, and competitive dynamics preferred
West Africa Fraud Manager – Lagos
Duties:
Develop and maintain fraud prevention and management policies and processes. Lead end-to-end standardization of fraud risk identification and detection processes.
Assess fraud risk scenarios and design detection solutions integrating technologies and management expertise.
Lead and manage a team of field investigators and data analysts in prevention, detection, investigation, and mitigation of fraudulent activities.
Manage KPIs and drive accountability for cost-effective achievement of team objectives. Initiate new prevention and monitoring methods to improve the company’s ability to foresee systemic risks.
Ensure data-driven decisions and professional standards of quality. Support Legal and Internal Audit in building criminal investigations, disciplinary processes, and systems that identify risks and trends.
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of demonstrable experience in fraud risk prevention and detection—through fraud management, fraud analytics, internal audit, forensic investigations, or criminal justice in banking, payment, capital markets, insurance, FinTech, or energy sectors.
Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology or related field.
Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential or comparable fraud-related certification.
Advanced analytical capability – proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and PowerBI or data visualization systems. Strong comfort with data, analytical thinking, causal diagnosis, and trend interpretation.
Team and project leadership – ability to manage field-based operational teams and desk-based analytical resources. Strong background in cost-effective decision-making including ROI analysis and KPI monitoring.
Strategic fraud expertise – understanding of criminal justice systems, identification of fraud indicators through data mining, and ability to manage stakeholder engagement across diverse audiences.
Customer Care Quality Analyst – Ghana
Duties:
Demonstrable experience in a customer care or customer service environment — you understand what good looks like from the inside, not just from a scorecard.
Proven exposure to quality assurance, performance coaching, or monitoring — you can give feedback that lands, not just feedback that’s documented.
Experience:
The role demands high attention to detail, but it’s not a solitary one. You’ll partner with Training, Operations, and BPO teams constantly — and your ability to influence without authority will matter as much as your analytical accuracy.
This role is for someone who takes quality personally. Not in a rigid way — in a principled one. Someone who understands that consistency and fairness in evaluation builds the credibility that makes feedback worth receiving.
