    Pro Tip for Applicants

Do not treat your application like a routine NGO submission. Teach For Nigeria is impact-driven and data-conscious. Instead of simply stating that you are “passionate about education”, quantify your impact.

If you led a campus project, state how many people it reached. If you volunteered, mention measurable results. If you worked in sales, show performance metrics.

Teach For Nigeria values leadership under pressure. Highlight moments where you solved a real problem with limited resources. That speaks louder than generic claims of commitment.

For updated vacancies, always monitor the organisation’s official Career platform and apply early.
