    Customs Operations Specialist

    Duties:

        • Prepare and validate customs entries using IKEA’s in-house systems, coordinating with brokers to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
        • Monitor import and export clearance processes, ensuring each transaction meets local and international compliance requirements.
        • Review import documentation and data to confirm accuracy and maintain full regulatory compliance.
      • Manage and support FTZ-related import operations, ensuring accurate entry and admission into FTZ facilities.
      • Coordinate with internal teams, brokers, and FTZ operators to guarantee timely and compliant filings.
      • Track and reconcile FTZ shipment movements, proactively resolving discrepancies and maintaining precise records for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
      • Contribute to continuous improvements in FTZ shipment handling and reporting processes.

     

    Qualifications:

        • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
        • Minimum 3 years of experience in customs brokerage, import operations, or a similar environment.
        • U.S. Customs Brokerage License is a plus.
        • Experience with FTZ processes, entry writing, tariff classification, or post-entry corrections is preferred.
      • Customs Entry Preparation & Filing: Proficient in preparing, validating, and managing import entries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
      • Import/Export Documentation: Skilled in reviewing invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
      • FTZ Shipment Processing: Understanding of FTZ admissions, operations, and CBP compliance requirements.
      • Regulatory Compliance: Strong grasp of customs laws, Free Trade Agreements (e.g., USMCA), and Importer Security Filing (ISF) standards.

    kitchen Sales Manager

    Duties:

    You will ensure your team has all the necessary knowledge about the products in your department and IKEA services so they can communicate this information to customers and thus improve their shopping experience.
    You will take ownership of your department’s objectives, define an action plan, monitor progress, and take appropriate action.
    You will act promptly on business opportunities, changes in product availability, and customer feedback.
    You will closely monitor local competition (including online) and react accordingly.
    With your team, you will contribute to sustainable development in line with IKEA’s commitment.
    With the support of the Sales Department Manager, you will recruit, develop, and lead your team.

    Qualifications:

    You know how to identify business priorities and reorganise your work accordingly.

    Duties:

        • Collaborate with the Com&In team and other functions, act quickly to exploit commercial opportunities and understand the impact of actions on the financial results

    Qualifications:

      • You have a degree or a minimum of 1 year of visual merchandising experience in a relevant creative field.

     

      • A working knowledge of design software such as Autodesk REVIT, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office is essential.

     

      • You are excited about home furnishings, design and how people live, and you have the ability to generate new ideas to inspire our customers.

     

      You have a hands-on approach, feeling at ease working with various hand tools and comfortable working at heights.

     

    IKEA Key Account Manager

    Duties:

      • You will develop relationships within the Business sector aiming to secure requests for proposals for new builds, hotel refurbishments, apartments, office buildings, government offices and other such opportunities.

     

      • You will collaborate with store coworkers across relevant functions such as Selling and Customer Fulfilment, to create high quality and timely responses to all requests for proposals.

     

      • You will oversee the delivery of any won deals, coordinating and collaborating with coworkers in relevant functions to manage the process and avert issues.

     

      You will handle the after-sales service for all key account deals, following up to ensure satisfaction and address any issues, securing long-term business relationships.

    Qualifications:

      • You are an experienced Business to Business sales person with a proven track record of converting leads into sales.

     

      • You are a strong leader with experience in influencing peers and stakeholders through inspirational communication.

     

      • You have experience in analysing performance against targets such as sales and market share to identify commercial opportunities and create action plans.

    Head of Digital | Retail | IKEA RSO Jebel Ali

    Duties:

    • Lead the development of Regional Digital channels across the UAE, Qatar, Egypt, and Oman.
    • Manage and optimise digital touchpoints to connect commercial and inspirational content, enhancing user experience and customer satisfaction.
    • Plan and execute e-commerce campaigns to engage with potential and existing customers, aiming to increase visitations and lead generation.
    • Develop and integrate digital channels to provide a consistent multichannel shopping experience.
    • Oversee the creation and implementation of organic and paid search strategies.
    • Continuously monitor and improve the digital customer experience through research and insights.

     

    Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields (Computer Science / Information Technology, Digital Business / Digital Transformation, Engineering or Business Administration or related fields with strong tech exposure)

    Duties:

      • Drives independently and actively contributes to the tasks based on the assignments delegated by Meeting Place Manager that can be related but not limited to the following ones:
      • Builds and develops together with Meeting Place Manager empowered, front-led and adaptable teams by taking an active part in recruitment, development, succession and motivation.
      • Develops the environment of entrepreneurship, diversity and inclusion leading by example and promoting IKEA Culture & Values, health and well-being for all people in the Centres.
    • Develops, implements and leads a follow up of Meeting Place strategic planning, business planning and budget to ensure constant Market Value growth of the asset within the transformation and re-development area.

    Qualifications:

      • Knowledge of the Real Estate business and extensive experience (minimum 2-3 years) in commercial properties management with proven track record.
      • Minimum 3 years’ experience in managerial role (manager/leader) with proven leadership skills and track record.
      • Advanced level of financial and commercial competence.
