Innovative Finance Consultant – Rome, Italy
Experience:
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in innovative finance, impact
investing, development finance, or related fields.
• Experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or investment bank
• Experience working with multilateral organizations, development banks, or
philanthropic investors is highly desirable
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing innovative financing instruments such as blended finance mechanisms, results-based financing, social impact bonds, impact investment funds, digital fundraising platforms in the development or humanitarian context.
Responsibilities:
– As part of a BIU team, support the design and structuring of innovative financing mechanisms aligned with our partners’ strategic priorities.
– Support the development of innovative financing strategies
– Conduct landscape reviews of existing and emerging financing models across the UN system and development finance ecosystem.
– Develop investment theses, business cases, and financial models for new instruments.
– Engage with donors, investors, and implementing partners to co-develop and validate financing structures.
– Support the operationalisation of selected mechanisms, including legal, governance, and risk frameworks.

Finance and Management Support – Brazzaville, Congo
Experience:
The incumbent should have at least six years of postgraduate professional experience as Finance Officer. Prior experience in handling administration functions would be a plus.
A strong sense of integrity and ethics is required. Language: Proficiency in oral and written communication in French and English.
Responsibilities:
Apply WFP corporate -Financial management strategies to ROC operations. Participate in key programmatic initiatives and collaborate with other functions in the CO in embedding value for money in these initiatives through advice on financial assessment, reporting and accounting.
Carry out regular visits to Area/Field Offices as appropriate and assist in clarifying and improving proper application of policies and procedures and prepare comprehensive reports on findings with improvement action plans.
Lead on the delivery of accurate financial reporting and analyses in accordance with IPSAS, ensuring accuracy, deadlines and compliance with accounting processes and corporate governance requirements.
Private Sector Partnerships – Field Coordinator – Nairobi, Kenya
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in private sector partnerships, corporate social responsibility, business development, or related fields, preferably in international development, humanitarian assistance, or non-profit sectors.
- Experience in building and managing partnerships with local private sector actors, including businesses, foundations, and other non-profit organizations.
- Proven track record of successfully engaging with a range of private sector stakeholders in the context of development or humanitarian operations.

- Plan for field training based on consultation with COs
- 10 case studies of best practice delivered showing how to engage with Private Sector

Management Services Associate (Travel) SC-6 | Kyiv – Ukraine
Experience:
Six or more years of progressively responsible relevant work experience in general administrative work, including at least two years in travel management. Post-secondary education can compensate for some years of experience. For example, you will be considered as eligible if you have:
- Three (3) years of work experience in combination with a Master’s Degree;
- Four (4) years of work experience in combination with a Bachelor’s Degree.
Proven theoretical and practical knowledge and understanding of national rules, regulations and policies in the area of administration

UNHRD Malaysia – Storekeeper G4 – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Experience:
Four or more years of progressively relevant work experience in the related business streams/ warehouse/ Logistics/ Supply Chain environment.
- Experience in managing warehouse and inventory operations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software to maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively receive/dispatch WFP and partners non- food commodities (NFI’s), including trans shipment against official approved documentation (e.g. waybills and/or delivery notes) ensuring accuracy in physical count of commodities including the quality in compliance with the established standards.
- Prepare, verify and sign off warehouse and transport documents, and maintain confidential files and accurate warehouse transaction records to ensure immediate reporting on commodity movements in line with the corporate requirements.

Programme Policy Officer – Social Protection – Bujumbura, Burundi
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of MSc degree in Development, Economics, Social Sciences, Public Policy, Business Administration or relevant discipline with at least two years of directly relevant work experience in social protection and economic inclusion programmes that promote poor households’ income-generating capacity and resilience. An undergraduate degree with an additional three years of experience can be accepted.
- Demonstrated experience with operations and critical aspects of programme cycle management and the operational implementation of social protection programmes in the field.
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with governmental actors and non-governmental entities and managing strong partnerships and collaborative relationships.
