Advocacy Advisor at PIC
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of evidence-based advocacy strategies to advance project and organisational objectives.
- Identify key policy priorities, advocacy opportunities, and target stakeholders at national and subnational levels.
- Develop detailed advocacy plans, timelines, and communication frameworks aligned with project goals.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with government institutions, development partners, civil society, and private sector actors.
- Facilitate policy dialogues, consultations, and roundtable discussions to influence decision-making and promote inclusive policy processes.
- Represent the organization in advocacy coalitions, working groups, and multi-stakeholder platforms.

Requirements:

Policy Manager at PIC
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, review, and implementation of organisational and sectoral policy frameworks, strategies, and guidelines.

Senior Internal Control & Compliance Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and continuously improve internal control systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with organisational and donor requirements.
- Conduct periodic reviews of financial and operational processes to identify risks, control gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure internal control frameworks are effectively integrated into all programmatic and administrative functions.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in various stages of research projects, including project conceptualisation, methodology design, data collection, analysis, and report preparation.
- Support situational analyses to identify barriers to women’s participation in economics, supporting the development of evidence-based strategies.
- Support the utilisation of econometric models and techniques to analyse datasets related to gender disparities in economics.

Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the project’s financial operations, ensuring sound financial planning, tracking, and reporting in line with approved budgets and donor requirements.
- Prepare, review, and monitor project budgets to ensure alignment with work plans and funding allocations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation for all project transactions.
- Track and reconcile project expenditures, ensuring all costs are allowable, allocable, and properly supported.
- Review and approve financial transactions, invoices, and reimbursements in accordance with internal and donor policies.
