Pro Tip for Getting Hired at TechnoServe

Most applicants focus on listing duties, but TechnoServe prioritises impact. If your CV says you “managed a project”, that is weak. If it shows you “increased farmer income by 35 percent across 500 participants within 12 months”, that stands out immediately.

Also, align your experience with real-world outcomes. TechnoServe is results-driven, so your application should clearly answer one question, what changed because of your work? If your CV cannot prove this, it will likely be overlooked.

TechnoServe jobs are highly competitive but offer strong career growth for professionals interested in development work. The organisation values measurable impact, practical skills, and real-world problem solving. If you approach your application strategically, with clear evidence of results and a tailored CV, you significantly improve your chances of success.
