Education Officer
key functions:

Chief Nutrition
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management: Oversee the section’s work plan, set priorities, manage staff performance, and promote accountability.

A minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in a developing country in one or more of the following areas is required: nutrition, public health, nutrition planning and management, or maternal, infant and child health/nutrition care.
Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another UN language or a local language is an asset.
Demonstrated skills in leading innovative approaches to mitigate aid diversion, including the rollout of Last Mile Supply Management (LMSM) and OGOW systems at the OTP level, to ensure that essential services reach the intended beneficiaries, especially children. Proven ability to apply data-driven tools to enhance accountability, traceability, and transparency in service delivery.
Social Policy Specialist
key functions:
Improving data generation on child poverty & vulnerability for increased use for policy and programme action.
Improving use of public financial resources for child sensitive social protection.
Strengthening the capacity of local governments to plan, budget, consult on and monitor child-sensitive social protection.
Strengthening advocacy and partnerships for child-sensitive social protection policy.
Programme Management.

National Information Management System (IMS) Consultant
key functions:
To the extent possible, collect, analyze and systemize the data and information from relevant data providers, managers and users needed to inform and prepare IMS-related workshops.
Produce a brief report and concept note to guide and inform the discussions and analytical work during the technical workshop, as well as a draft workshop agenda.
Support UNICEF in the preparation, delivery and documentation of the technical level one-day national IMS related workshop. The objectives of the workshop are as follows:
