    Senior Operations Manager

    Location: Accra, Ghana

    Responsibilities:

    Developing strategies to strengthen driver’s value proposition, to continually grow our supply base, performance and retention
    Managing and supporting the operations team by defining precise local operational processes, with a focus on strong operational execution and results, always having our stakeholders in mind
    Hands-on supply management – working autonomously and taking initiatives with your team to ensure the best experience for our driver & fleet partners, guiding them through the stages of drivers/fleet acquisition, conversion and activation.
    Analyzing data – you will be monitoring supply metrics to ensure marketplace health and act upon insights
    Identifying trends, risks and improvement opportunities on a local level that may impact the business.
    Advising and closely collaborating with HQ teams such as Product, Legal or Marketing to develop and execute key initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    You have 6+ years of experience
    You have experience managing complex teams
    You are a strong leader and collaborator with excellent negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
    You have a strong sense of ownership, with a hands-on approach
    You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent numerical skills
    You are comfortable with developing analytical and decision frameworks to support your strategies and decisions

    Sales Operations | AI & Automation Manager

    Location: Tallinn, Estonia | Lisbon, Portugal | London, United Kingdom

    Responsibilities:

    Leading the strategic adoption of AI across Bolt Business, identifying opportunities and delivering high-impact solutions to enhance productivity and performance.
    Designing and implementing automated sales flows to capture, qualify, and route leads more effectively.
    Launching and scaling AI training programs for cross-functional teams, ensuring effective day-to-day usage and integration of AI tools.
    Partnering with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and operations to identify friction points and deliver automation-led solutions that optimise pipeline performance and key conversion points.
    Collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to surface requirements and advocate for essential tooling
    Staying up to date on emerging AI technologies and trends, integrating the most relevant innovations into our tech stack.

    Qualifiations:

    You have proven experience leading AI and automation initiatives within high-growth or global organizations, consistently driving measurable efficiency gains.
    You bring a deep understanding of how to apply AI and process automation to drive measurable efficiency gains and solve business challenges, particularly in building lead management flows and aligning with go-to-market teams.
    You’re an excellent communicator, adept at driving alignment and delivering impactful training across global, cross-functional teams.
    You’re highly data-driven, with the ability to identify trends, define clear metrics for success, and build performance dashboards.
    You thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating a proactive mindset and taking full ownership of strategic initiatives.
    Experience with AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Zapier) and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is considered a plus

    Operations Manager

    Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

    Responsibilities:

    Own and manage Bolt’s operations strategy for Dar es Salaam, with a focus on fleet performance, marketplace health, and supply engagement
    Lead initiatives to reactivate underutilized fleet vehicles and improve the performance of active drivers and fleet partners
    Analyze operational data and local trends to identify growth opportunities and pain points, and develop actionable solutions
    Build and strengthen relationships with fleet partners, drivers, and other stakeholders to increase loyalty and engagement
    Collaborate with HQ teams including Product, Legal, Central Operations, and Marketing to execute on strategic priorities
    Design and roll out city-specific growth campaigns and efficiency-enhancing initiatives

    Qualifications:

    You have 7+ years of experience in Operations, Startups, Strategy Consulting or other relevant organisations
    You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills in English
    You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills, yet are not afraid to get your hands dirty if needed
    You have a strong motivation to solve problems creatively and efficiently
    You thrive in a fast-paced environment
    You are customer-oriented and will strive to strengthen our value proposition to ensure supply growth

    Operations Coordinator

    Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

    Responsibilities:

    This role is dedicated to both the rider and driver growth domain, focusing on both driver and rider acquisition, increasing activity, and supporting overall marketplace expansion.
    Focuses on supporting airport demand conversion, helping drivers maximise high-value trip opportunities.
    Must be able to handle office admin tasks, manage schedules, and keep organised.
    Actively engages with prospective and existing drivers, providing fast and clear responses that emphasise the benefits of partnering with Bolt.
    Goes beyond simply answering inquiries: proactively influences drivers to choose Bolt as their main platform, with a strong focus on encouraging new sign-ups and converting interest into active onboarding.
    Guarantees rapid, locally relevant communication that highlights Bolt’s advantages and strong earning potential.

    Qualifications:

    Native level Dutch and excellent spoken and written English
    You have 1-2 years of experience in a project management/analytical position.
    You have a hands-on workstyle, eager to make a direct impact
    Native level Dutch and excellent spoken and written English
    Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving
    Able to proactively address potential issues

     

    Fleet Operations Driver

    Location: Frankfurt, Germany

    Responsibilities:
    Driving our vans to collect and deploy e-scooters or swap batteries.
    Ensuring e-scooters are parked neatly and keep streets or sidewalks free.
    Searching for lost e-scooters, checking their condition, and either returning them to the warehouse or making them available in the city.
    Performing minor repairs directly on the street to increase the availability of our fleet.
    Assisting the operations team in the warehouse whenever it’s needed.

    Qualifications:

    You hold an EU B driving licence and know how to operate cars with a manual transmission.
    You’re a skilled and trustworthy driver who knows the local area well and always ensures a safe and secure journey whenever hitting the road. Having previous experience working as a professional driver can be advantageous.
    Your proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of challenges are reflected in your hands-on work.
    You have solid local language skills and experience using smartphones and mechanical tools.
    Having English skills is an advantage.

    Operations Coordinator

    Location: Toronto, Canada

    Responsibilities:

    Onboard and train new drivers to Hopp’s platform.
    Travel on an ad hoc basis to onboard new drivers around Ontario cities.
    Verify, maintain, organise and audit driver and vehicle documentation.
    Be an ambassador for Hopp and coach partners to improve their performance.
    Work with headquarters to improve existing processes.

    Qualifications:

    You are sociable and have excellent communication skills. You can easily network with people from all backgrounds.
    You are dynamic and enjoy solving problems quickly and efficiently.
    You have strong prioritisation skills, allowing you to act with the main objective always in mind.
    You are organised and deliver in a timely manner.
    You are fully proficient in English (French would be considered as asset).
