    The HISA Youth Fellowship 2025 is an esteemed global leadership program designed to empower young changemakers. Hosted at the historic University of Oxford from August 23 to 26, 2025.     Eligibility Criteria

    • Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 45 when the fellowship is offered.
    • All areas and nationalities are eligible to participate in the program.
    • The candidate ought to exhibit a solid foundation in community involvement, research, advocacy, or leadership.
    • English proficiency is required to apply for this program. (English will be used for all sessions.)
    • Candidates should have a strong interest in global governance, diplomacy, policymaking, and youth action.

    Digital Transformation & AI Governance: The role of AI & big data in policymaking, cybersecurity, misinformation, & digital diplomacy; leveraging technology for social impact.

    Human Rights & Social Justice: Gender equity & inclusion in governance, Migration policies & refugee rights, Youth movements & grassroots activism

    Public Policy & Global Health: Pandemic preparedness & healthcare equity, Social protection policies & poverty alleviation, Universal healthcare access & mental health awareness

    Peacebuilding & Conflict Resolution: Countering extremism & promoting tolerance, Diplomacy in conflict zones & peace negotiations, Media & misinformation in conflict dynamics

    Selection Criteria

    •  Candidates must clearly articulate their goals and how the fellowship aligns with their aspirations.
    • Ability to influence change, lead initiatives, and contribute meaningfully to discussions.
    • The selection process ensures diverse representation from different regions, sectors, and socio-economic backgrounds.
    • A proven record of community engagement, advocacy, or policy initiatives is a plus one but not mandatory.
    • A solid track record of achievements in youth activism, volunteering, governance, diplomacy, or any relevant fields is desirable.
