The Global Graduate Program spans three years and comprises three distinct rotations, each lasting six months, followed by an 18-month management role in the participant’s home operating company. At the time of this post, this opportunity is available in Singapore, Brazil, and Egypt. Applications are accepted globally. Rotation Structure
- Rotation 1: Set off in the HEINEKEN operating company in Brazil, Singapore, or Egypt. Here, you’ll gain a solid foundation in your specific function and an understanding of our operations, strategy, and culture.
- Rotation 2: Continue your journey with a cross-functional assignment, widening your perspective and understanding of different business areas and how they interconnect.
- Rotation 3: Broaden your horizons with an international assignment, enhancing your global mindset and cultural adaptability.
- Landing Role: Now you’ve got all the tools; it’s time for you to apply what you’ve learnt in a management position within your country of application. Every day will bring a chance to continue with your growth and development.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
- Work Experience: No specific previous work experience is required. But we are looking specifically for new graduates. That’s a maximum of 1 year post-graduation.
- Languages: English language is essential, in addition to your local language requirements.
- Work Rights: The right to work in the country of your program is essential.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to be globally mobile, as international assignments are a key component of the program

Application Process
- Application Submission:
- Upload your CV and cover letter through our application portal. The application period varies from program to program. Visit HEINEKEN official careers website to check your program’s application deadline.
- Online Assessments:
- Take the online assessments. They will be based on situational behaviour scenarios, so there is no need to prepare anything in advance. A cognitive test is also part of the online assessment.
- Interviews:
- Upon completing the online assessments, we will be in touch to let you know if your application has been successful. You will then be invited for two interviews. We’re aiming to hold these around mid-May.
- Assessment Centre:
- Then it’s time for the in-person assessment centre, where you will participate in various activities and evaluations. We’re planning this for mid-May.
