Job Purpose:
- Liaise and co-ordinate with the HR Shared Services team with regards to onboarding and Medical Benefits eligibility for employees and their dependant, where applicable.
- Respond and communicate effectively to queries from various internal and external stakeholders with regards to the current medical ebenfits policy. The information requires recording and proper dissemination of information to provide an acceptable service level in line with the published terms and conditions and contractual operating procedures.
- Administer online databases in line with published terms and respective data privacy regulations.
- Investigate, co-ordinate and escalate where required, any complaints received from internal or external stakeholders on medical service delivery issues and medical benefit related issues.
Qualification:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) preferably in Nursing, Pharmacy or equivalent medical related field.
- Experience in medical or medical safety administration
- 4+ years relevant work experience in a medical insurance field.
- Clinical medical experience.
- Computer literate, Proficiency in the MS Office Suite of Software. (Excel/Word/Power Point)

Senior Sales Support Agent
Job Purpose:
Assist to create and maintain customer records, requests, and clients’ feedback. Co-ordinate and support the sales team in the selling and marketing of all products through efficient handling of direct mail and tele-sales.
– Compile regular and ad-hoc reports ensuring these are completed accurately and within the stipulated time frames Troubleshoot trade partner inquiries, resolve problems, answer contractual queries to maximize sales opportunities
– Ensure timely and accurate distribution of fare rules and contracts for all sales channels and accounts. Maintain an understanding for all relevant commercial products outstanding in the marketplace.

Cabin Crew Opportunities
Job Purpose:
As the face of Emirates, you’ll be the person customers turn to for help and direction when they fly with us, so you need to be friendly, observant and able to provide the right support.

You’ll need to lead confidently and take control when it comes to managing aircraft services, security, and safety procedures. Qualification:
- You’ve had more than a year’s experience in hospitality/customer service
- You have a positive attitude and the natural ability to provide excellent service in a team environment, dealing with people from many cultures
- Your minimum qualification is high school graduate (Grade 12)
- You need to be fluent in written and spoken English (ability to speak another language is an advantage)

Job Purpose:
- Plan & deliver aircraft maintenance support functions considering application & status of the equipment, priorities & constraints to ensure that all scheduled & unscheduled aircraft maintenance activities are backed up efficiently and in professional manner.
- Organise resources & requirements of aircraft component handling including aircraft engine logistics support for all Emirates and third-party customers. Effective liaison with stakeholders regarding technical procedures and asset status is key to ensure smooth accomplishment & prevention of disruptions.
Qualification:
- 12 Years schooling or equivalent
- 5+ Years of experience in Engineering
- Experience in supervisory position in Ground Support Equipment operations and maintenance.
- Strong leadership skills to direct and monitor assignments
- Ability to organise and coordinate aircraft maintenance support projects in a professional manner Thorough knowledge of operational support standards, procedures and practices Strong knowledge of GSE resources, functions, and allocation preferences

Direct Entry Captain
Job Purpose:
We’re looking for Direct Entry Captains to join our growing team. To become one of our A350 or A380 Captains, you will need a minimum of 7,000 hours total flying time in multi-crew, multi-engine aircraft (only time in the operating seat of a turboprop and/or turbojet aircraft is counted; simulator time is excluded).
Qualification:
- Minimum 7000hrs total flying time (excluding P3, rotary and single/multi-engine piston aircraft)
- For A380, you must have a minimum of 3000 hours PIC on Airbus FBW Wide Body For A350, you must have a minimum of 3000 hours PIC on a multi-crew, multi-engine commercial jet aircraft with MTOW of >50T AND a minimum 1500 hours must be as a Captain on an Airbus FBW Wide Body aircraft.
- You must currently be flying on an Airbus FBW Wide Body a as Captain
- Minimum 150hrs in past 12 months on Airbus FBW Wide Body a as Captain
- A valid ICAO ATPL with a matching Authority Class 1 Medical
- ICAO English level 5 or above
