    Jobs and Roles Available at Catholic Relief Services

    Data Analyst 1

    Roles:

      • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant data protection regulations and provide contextualised guidance to country programs, departments, and project teams.
      • Serve as the primary point of contact and advisor for data protection compliance within their zone.
      • Support the implementation of the agency’s Responsible Data Policy across country programs.
      •  Translate global policy into actionable, context-appropriate practices and workflows that promote privacy, confidentiality, and ethical data use.
      •  Promote and support the adoption of privacy by design and default principles in project lifecycles and business processes.
      •  Oversee the identification, documentation, and regular review of personal data processing activities across operations and programs.

     

     Qualifications:

    •  Bachelor’s degree in data protection, information systems, or a related field
    •  Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data protection, privacy, or compliance roles.
    •  Demonstrated experience supporting data protection programs and ensuring compliance with organisational privacy requirements.
    •  Hands-on experience handling data protection incidents and supporting privacy impact assessments, personal data mapping and data subject rights under privacy regulations.

     

    Senior Program Manager

    Roles:

    •  Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of program activities.
    •  Supervise and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
    •  Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organisational goals.
    •  Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
    •  Monitor progress against targets, using data to inform decision-making.
    •  Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organisational policies.
    •  Prepare and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.

     

     Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in public health or related disciplines.
    •  Proven ability to lead, manage grants, and collaborate with stakeholders while overseeing public health programs and ensuring compliance.
    •  MEAL skills and experience.

     

    MEAL Manager

    Roles:

    •  Provide management, guidance, and technical oversight for MEAL throughout the RFSA project cycle to ensure project design, start-up, implementation and close-out are in line with CRS quality principles and standards and MEAL policies, procedures, and practices; donor MEAL guidelines, and industry best practices.
    •  Champion the development of program learning – identify opportunities for learning, research and publications in Resilience and implementation of MEAL policy. Facilitate the dissemination of promising practices and lessons learned to contribute to the agency´s knowledge management agenda. Promote the application of learning to improve program quality and to strengthen agency influence among external stakeholders. Ensure integration of innovations and best practices.
    •  Oversee MEAL-related technical assistance and capacity strengthening activities for staff and partner organisations to enhance program quality and impact.

     

     Qualifications:

    • Bacherlor’s Degree in International Development, International Relations or in the field of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning required. Additional experience may substitute for some education.
    •  Minimum of 8 years’ experience in relevant field-based project management experience required, with at least 3 years working experience in the MEAL.
    •  Experience in managing MEAL for complex projects

    Project Officer

    Roles:

    • Support the district coordination and implementation of all assigned project activities as outlined in the detailed implementation plan in line with CRS program quality principles and standards, donor requirements, and good practices.
    •  Data Management
    •  Ensuring quality district data integrity, security, and compliance with government, organizational and donor requirements.
    •  Maintain district project dashboards and databases for real time monitoring using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or DHIS2.Visualize data through interactive dashboards and charts.
    •  Facilitate implementation of digital data collection systems (e.g. mobile apps, online forms).

     

     Qualifications:

    •  Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Nutrition or other related fields
    •  Minimum of 6 months of work experience in TSFP.
    •  Experience in participatory action planning and community engagement
    •  Experience in SFP for children 6-59 months
    •  Experience of Integrated Management and Prevention of Wasting.
    •  Knowledge of nutrition digital plat forms.
    •  Knowledge, training, and experience in the management of MAM.
    •  Experience monitoring projects and collecting relevant data preferred.
    •  Experience using MS Windows and MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

     

    Risk and Compliance Manager

    Roles:

    • Provide technical advice and solutions for risk management and donor compliance for the DOS-funded award implemented by Caritas Ukraine, including identifying compliance requirements and supporting the partner organisation to develop policies and procedures to meet these requirements.
    •  In close collaboration with the Project Director, support the sector leads to identify and mitigate risks within their sectors, including shelter, WASH, infrastructure, livelihoods, protection, cash and rapid response.
        •  Ensure that the partner’s fraud and safeguarding policies and procedures are aligned with different donor policies and build the overall capacity of partners on fraud and safeguarding.
    •  Qualifications:

    •  Master’s Degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or another relevant field is an advantage.
    •  Previous experience in an emergency context is an advantage.

     

    Deputy Head of Operations

    Roles:

    • As the primary security focal point for the Ukraine team, keep abreast of the security situation and context developments, coordinate with the Head of Operations and the safety and security team to obtain the required travel approval for the staff visiting Ukraine, oversee security for field travels within Ukraine, and ensure the resiliency measures are in place.
    •  Coordinate all the logistics and administration for Ukraine office, Ukraine-based staff, and visitors with the Country program admin team and ensure that all SOPs are in place.
    •  Provide guidance and support to partners in logistics and supply chain management, including procurement, warehousing, transportation, fleet management, and risk management.
    •  Work as the focal point to support other operations functions: finance, HR, IT/communications, and general administration. Mobilize and coordinate additional support in close coordination with the Head of Operations.

     

    •  Qualifications:

    •  Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or another relevant field. Masters preferred.
    •  3-5 years relevant international working experience in an advisory or management role with progressive responsibilities, ideally with an international NGO, with a minimum of three years working in operations.
    •  Previous experience in an emergency context is required.

     

    Intern

    • Roles:

    • Support the district coordination and implementation of all assigned project activities as outlined in the detailed implementation plan in line with CRS program quality principles and standards, donor requirements, and good practices.
    •  Data Management
    •  Monitor and report on any district challenges and/or gaps identified to inform adjustments to plans and implementation schedules. Assist partners in their efforts to reflect on project experiences.
    •  Support district accountability through coordinating project evaluation activities and assisting partners in their efforts to collect and analyse project data per specified mechanisms and tools. Collaborate with local partner(s) to prepare reports per established reporting schedule.

     

    •  Qualifications:

    •  Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Nutrition or other related fields

     

    Program Quality and Management TA II

    • Roles:

    • Provide management support, guidance, and technical oversight for programming to ensure project design, start-up, implementation and close-out are in line with CRS and partner quality principles and standards, donor guidelines, and industry best practices.
    •  Provide technical solutions to CRS and CUA programming teams, remotely and on-site, for strategic planning and how to best apply program design and implementation standards , best practices, partnership principles, tools, and M&E, ensuring high-quality implementation of humanitarian program activities.

     

    •  Qualifications:

    •  Master’s Degree in International Development, International Relations or in the field of Humanitarian Response
