    Product Lead – Content

    Duties:

    • Build a world class content experience at Canva, from the platform and review aspects to content understanding, localisation and Creators a Content Partner experience. You will own the strategy and roadmap for your area, in close partnership with the GM and your Engineering and Design counterparts.
    • Actively drive the strategy to build the world’s most diverse and enriched AI training data library.
    • Collaborating with key product, design, marketing & operations stakeholders across the Supergroup and Canva to identify and deliver opportunities to amplify content and step change in content experience
    • Build a great team: You will manage and lead a group of Product Managers working in the content space to deliver against our bold content goals & drive content engagement on Canva. The team is growing, and you’ll need to continue bringing world class talent to the team.

    Qualifications:

    • You have relevant experience in the content and/or marketplace space at a high growth company with an international presence
    • You have a good understanding of the industry’s generative AI trend, common practices.
    • You have a proven track record of collaborating and leading product teams effectively to deliver a complex roadmap
    • You’re someone who enjoys leading a team of amazing people to ship innovative solutions – and can point to an impressive record of doing so.

     

    Strategic Implementation Manager

    Duties:

    • Become a Canva product expert – Be the go-to resource for customers within 30 days. Lead complex enterprise onboardings, ensuring customers realize the full value of Canva’s platform.
    • Partner 1:1 with clients – Develop tailored rollout frameworks that align Canva’s best practices with each customer’s business structure and goals. Ensuring a smooth and successful Canva launch for an evolving set of customers.
    • Drive customer timelines and adoption – Understand customer business needs, align them with Canva’s best practices, and ensure strong product engagement.
    • Co-build implementation processes – Collaborate to refine processes and best practices, ensuring team success.


    • Qualifications:

    • SaaS expertise: 5+ years implementing SaaS or enterprise software for large, multi-region clients; experience managing strategic and complex rollouts.
    • Strategic Project Management: Proven ability to scope, plan, and deliver multi-phase projects with cross-functional stakeholders and executive visibility.
    • Customer focus: Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and building relationships.
    • Problem-solving: Creative and resourceful in finding solutions and always curious to understand the “why” behind customer needs.

     

    Senior UI Engineer – C++/C#/WPF (Windows) – Affinity

    Duties:

    • Build and maintain high-performance UIs in C++, WPF, and related frameworks
    • Contribute to architecture and design decisions across shared libraries and components
    • Optimise UI for responsiveness, scalability, and memory efficiency
    • Debug, maintain, and improve complex systems across Affinity’s Windows suite
    • Work closely with design and QA to deliver pixel-perfect, intuitive implementations
    • Explore and integrate forward-looking frameworks (e.g., WinUI, MAUI) to future-proof Affinity apps
    • Write clean, reliable, and well-documented code
    • Qualifications:

    • You have several years of experience in C++/C# development, with a strong focus on UI engineering
    • You have proven experience with Windows frameworks (WPF essential, WinUI/MAUI desirable)
    • You bring a strong understanding of object-oriented design and design patterns
    • You have prior experience building professional desktop applications with high usability and performance standards
    • You are familiar with graphics, imaging, or creative software (a plus)

     

    Product Manager – Apps API, Ecosystem

    Duties:

    • Partnering with design and engineering leads to define the vision for connected data and our platform for hundreds of connectors.
    • Building strong relationships with key partners and customers from small businesses to enterprises.
    • Aligning key teams across the company behind an inspiring and clear vision.
    • Tracking and measuring success against key growth, adoption, and revenue metrics.
    • Collaborating closely across functions including design, engineering, sales, marketing, and solutions engineering to deliver aligned, high-quality outputs.
    • Qualifications:

    • You have 5+ years in product, with experience in developing platforms and technical products, and you’re comfortable diving into integration patterns and API design with engineers.
    • You care deeply about user outcomes and how developers can be a force multiplier for impact.
    • You have the ability to set a product strategy and vision, and you can get alignment and cross-functional partnership across a wide range of stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
    • You balance long-term platform vision with short-term delivery, helping the team prioritize the right features and unlock early value.

    Enterprise Account Executive, Real Estate

    Duties:

    • Account Planning: You will lead with a data-driven approach to identify and reach out to potential customers in the Real Estate industry who are likely to benefit from Canva’s products. Analyze market landscapes, trends, and dynamics to translate high-level plans into targeted sales activities.
    • Managing Pipeline + Revenue Growth: You will manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, sales activity using Salesforce for maximum efficiency and visibility
    • Customer Centric: You will leverage compelling storytelling and vision transfer, presented through a creative lens, to guide customers on a journey that feels personalized and right for them.


    Qualifications:

    • 6+ years of full cycle selling experience working with a range of customers, from medium-sized businesses to large corporations. For our Enterprise role, we are looking for people with experience with large named accounts ideally on a global scale within a technology company, demonstrating a history of top performance within the Real Estate vertical.
    • You have proven success managing a full sales cycle, including prospecting with a focus on new logo attainment.
    • You’re a pro at navigating complexity by understanding and addressing complex business challenges, crafting solutions.

     

    Senior Machine Learning Engineer – Global Payments (ANZ remote)

    Duties:

      • Demonstrated experience building and shipping ML systems end-to-end (feature design → training → evaluation → deployment → monitoring).
      • Domain knowledge of supervised learning and decisioning systems; experience with exploration/exploitation approaches (bandits) is a plus.
      • Ability to work with large-scale, noisy transactional data and produce reliable models.
      • Strong software engineering fundamentals: testing, code quality, APIs, and operational ownership.
      • Python proficiency; experience with common ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch / TensorFlow / scikit-learn).

    Qualifications:

    • Payments, fraud/risk, credit card authorisation, retries/dunning, routing, or experimentation in high-stakes systems.
    • Familiarity with compliance constraints (PCI scope minimisation, auditability, access controls) in financial systems.

     

    Inside Sales Specialist – SMB

    Duties:

    • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat from potential customers interested in Canva’s products and services.
    • Build rapport with prospects by actively listening to their needs, understanding their design challenges, and providing tailored solutions.
    • Educate customers on the features, benefits, and value propositions of Canva’s subscription plans and premium offerings.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Canva’s capabilities and help prospects envision how our platform can meet their design needs.

    Qualifications:

    Head of Data – International

    Duties:

    • Leading a team of ~20 data specialists embedded across CJKI, LATAM, EMEA, GPTN and SEA regions
    • Shaping and executing Canva’s international data strategy, aligned with our International Strategy Framework
    • Partnering with business leaders to use data to fuel Canva’s global growth through strong market fit, regional product adoption, and localisation effectiveness
    • Partnering with regional leaders, product managers, and data teams to define KPIs, monitor performance, and embed data into decision-making
    • Delivering scaled data infrastructure and minimum viable data setups for Pioneer markets

    Qualifications:

    • You’ve led distributed data teams supporting international expansion in a high-growth environment
