    Software Engineer II

    Responsibilities:

    Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Be involved in all aspects of delivery including supporting our customer-facing community with Sales Cloud environments in Lightning.
    • Drive, develop and maintain small to medium project deliverables.
    • Drive standardisation, process consistency, and data quality across business processes.
    • Build and maintain effective working relationships with SalesTech Product Management team and business stakeholders.
    • Ensure software developed adheres to best practices and quality standards through code and design reviews
    • Work with peers to analyse technical design options and implement solutions that are efficient, scalable, and meet the acceptance criteria.
    • Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of solution, design and development experience in building solutions on Experience Cloud/SF Partner Community.
    • Minimum 3 year experience working with Salesforce Lightning experience, creating custom Lightning components in Aura and LWC frameworks, and working with SLDS and JavaScript.
    • Full life cycle experience in solution definition and development and apex/unit testing of the Salesforce application.
    • Deployment experience using ANT and SFDX. Migration tools/changeset/vscode/workbench for Salesforce will be preferred.
    • Analysis skills to understand the business problem and propose the best technical solution.
    • Enterprise implementations of complex SFDC applications, with reports and workflows, working with several SFDC objects.
    • Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Web Services, SOQL, SOSL, AJAX, XML, JavaScript and HTML.
    • Sales Data Scientist

    • Responsibilties:

      • Run analysis using SQL, Python, Databricks, and visualize insights with Tableau or Looker.
      • Identify trends in pipeline health, renewal performance, AI feature usage, and expansion motion effectiveness.
        • Build and operationalize propensity models, lookalike targeting, cohort analysis, and other advanced analytics to drive strategic segmentation and GTM prioritisation.
        • Analyze product adoption (e.g., Rovo agents, JSM usage) to surface patterns and leading indicators of success.
        • Collaborate with Sales Strategy and Marketing teams to deploy data-backed targeting and messaging strategies.Communicate findings in crisp, business-relevant terms to Sales and Product stakeholders.
      • Partner with Product GTM, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement teams to shape initiatives, define KPIs, and monitor execution.
      • Use Salesforce and Gainsight data to analyse customer health, usage signals, and expansion likelihood to inform CSM and AE plays.
      • Qualifications:

        • 4–7 years in data science or GTM analytics roles in SaaS or high-growth tech.
        • Proficiency in Databricks, SQL, Python, and strong visualisation skills in Tableau/Looker.
        • Experience building and interpreting models (e.g., propensity, clustering, churn risk, lookalikes).
        • Familiarity with Salesforce, Clari, Gong, and other Sales Tech tools.
        • Excellent communication and synthesis skills—able to translate data into clear recommendations.
        • Experience working on AI product adoption, Sales transformation, or customer expansion strategies.
        • Familiarity with Atlassian’s GTM motion or similar PLG-driven SaaS business.
        • Background in sales performance and analytics is a plus.
        • Account Executive Mid-Market, CEE

        • Responsibilities:

        • Develop and implement named account or territory plans geared at both maximising expansion opportunities across a wide portfolio of products and ensuring a high bar of customer success
        • Work with team members in the channel sales organisation to build sales strategies for designated territory or named accounts
        • Be Atlassian’s main point of contact for designated Mid-Market accounts
        • Identify and drive cloud-first sales opportunities, cross-sell, and user expansion within existing install-based customers (no new logo hunting)
        • Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market clients, understanding their business needs, and proposing suitable solutions
        • Collaborate closely with Solution Engineers, SDRs, Retention and Renewal Managers, and Channel Partners
        • Lead and orchestrate internal account teams to drive successful customer outcomes
        • Qualifications:

        • 5+ years of quota-carrying Mid-Market Sales Experience (SaaS/software preferred, but not required if you have complex B2B sales experience)
        • Experience growing mid-market accounts within the CEE market
        • Experience creating alignment and orchestrating internal account teams
        • Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic sales opportunities
        • Experience utilizing a CRM to achieve and correlate key performance metrics
        • Building and leading territory & strategic account plans
        • Proactively engages customers with a consultative, solution-oriented approach in discovering new opportunities

        • Sales Manager, Enterprise AMER

    • Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a team of enterprise sales account executives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals within the enterprise segment
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and pipe gen initiatives to penetrate and expand market share in the enterprise segment
    • Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to the sales team to help them develop their skills and achieve their individual targets
    • Set the bar for a high-performing sales team and monitoring their progress towards meeting these goals
    • Recruit, hire, and onboard new members of the sales team as needed to support business growth objectives

    • Lead Product Designer, Growth

    • Responsibilities:

    • Demonstrate excellence in using experimentation and data-driven design decision-making
    • Advocate the importance of designing for growth across the business
    • Work with product managers, engineering and other partners to define the wider Growth strategy
    • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of designers
    • Improve craft quality for all design specializations in your team
    • Bring the perspective and needs of Growth design to larger design strategic projects
    • Contribute to programs outside of Growth design which improve overall design capability
    • Qualifications:

    • 8+ years of product design experience designing complex or enterprise-level software
    • Experience in end-to-end UX/product design to design impactful solutions to challenging problems
    • Passion for story-telling, the ability to bring design direction to life with compelling narrative
    • Experience balancing customer needs with business goals, market viability, and technical feasibility
    • Facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills: you can demonstrate the ability to integrate the work of multiple teams, solicit and synthesize feedback, and facilitate design discussions that lead company wide outcomes
    • Experience in design systems, the ability to identify common components required to support a wide array of customer use cases.
    • Principal Machine Learning Engineer

    • Responsibilities:

    • As a principal Machine Learning engineer, you will independently work on the development and implementation of the cutting edge machine learning algorithms, training sophisticated models, collaborating with engineering and analytics teams, to build the AI functionality for Atlassian.
    • Your daily responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of tasks such as understanding system and model architectures, conducting rigorous experimentation and model evaluations and dealing with related problems.
    • Your role is pivotal, stretching beyond these tasks, ensuring AI’s transformative potential is realized across Atlassian products and platforms.
    • Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of total experience, 5+ years of related industry experience in the MLE / data science domain
    • Fluency in Python
    • Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and NLP.
    • Familiarity with popular ML libraries like sci-kit-learn, Keras/TensorFlow/PyTorch, numpy, pandas
    • Good Understanding of Machine Learning project lifecycle
    • Experience in architecting and implementing high-performance RESTful microservices ( API development for ML Models )
    • Familiarity with MLOps and experience with scaling and deploying Machine Learning models

    • Junior Fullstack Engineer

    • Responsibilities:

    • Build and ship features and capabilities daily in a highly scalable, cross-geo distributed environment;
    • Be part of an amazingly open and collaborative work environment with other experienced engineers, architects, product managers, and designers;
    • Review code with best practices of readability, testing patterns, documentation, reliability, security, and performance considerations in mind;
    • Ensure complete visibility, error reporting, and monitoring of backend services;
    • Participate in Agile software development, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and show-and-tell demo sessions;
    • You will report directly to your Engineering Manager.
    • Qualifications:

      • 2+ Experience in crafting and implementing highly scalable and performant RESTful microservices;
      • Experience or interest with .NET Framework (C#).
      • Proficiency in any modern object-oriented programming language (Java, Kotlin, Go, Scala, or Python);
      • Fluency in any database technology (for example, RDBMS like Oracle or Postgres or NoSQL like DynamoDB or Cassandra);
      • Passion for collaboration;
      • Broad knowledge and understanding of the SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS industry with hands-on experience with public cloud offerings (AWS, GAE, Azure);
      • Familiarity with cloud architecture patterns and an engineering discipline to produce software with quality.

      Additional Qualifications:

      • DevOps familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools (e.g., Octopus).
      • Familiarity with AWS fundamentals (e.g., VPC, EC2).
